These terms and conditions cover use of the PrintingOnTheInternet.com website ("our Site"). By accessing any page of our Site, you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Copyright Policy
 We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our customers to do the same.

 By using our Site, you are representing that you have full rights to use the copy, design, and images in your printed piece without infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties. You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, so absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing your Content for reproduction.

 You agree to indemnify and hold Quick Copy Print Center DBA www.printingontheinternet.com and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, or transmit through our Site.

Cancellation and Correction Fee Policies
 You may cancel your order anytime prior to approving your proof. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount when we receive your order. If we are unable to process your files, or if you cancel your order before we post a proof, a $19 fee will be retained and the balance will be refunded. Once you approve your proof, your order will be scheduled for printing.

 If you find problems with your proof, you can either send us a corrected file for a $19 fee, or have us make corrections at $5 each. There is no charge for corrections made as a result of any errors we introduced in preparing your proof.

Submitted Content
 You agree to not use our Site to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that violates any applicable federal or state laws. We do not control the Content posted by Customers and we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content.

 You acknowledge that we shall have the right to refuse to print any Content that violates this agreement or may otherwise be obscene or objectionable. You further acknowledge that we may disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our business, our customers and the public.

 When you, or someone on your behalf, orders a print item under your account, you grant us the license to access and store the digital files for use in processing print orders. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content transmitted to our Site. We may also from time to time include customers' printed pieces as samples of our products on our website or in our sample packet. You agree to grant us permission to display or mail samples of your piece(s) unless you specifically request that we do not include them in our samples.

Privacy Policy and Credit Card Information
 No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, or to provide news, special offers or invitations to participate in customer surveys or testimonials. You may opt-out of receiving non-order related communications on our Unsubscribe page.

 Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times. Your credit card information is processed on an individual transaction basis and is not stored.

Proprietary Rights
 The Software and all pages within our Site are the property of Quick Copy Print Center. "www.printingontheinternet.com" and their respective logos are trademarks and/or service marks owned by Quick Copy Print Center. All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on our Site are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

 Permission is granted to download and use content on our Site for private, non-commercial use only, without alterations. You can host or include the material and summary on your site or e-publication, with the link to the www.printingontheinternet.com URL. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or republishing copyrighted material from our Site. Links and Dealings with Third Parties
 We choose our third-party affiliates linked from Our Site carefully to ensure they provide quality products and services. You acknowledge your understanding that your access to and use of any third party website linked from our Site will be governed by the terms and conditions belonging to that third party.

Sales Tax
 All South Carolina orders are subject to sales tax. If your company is tax exempt, your exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us prior to placing your first job so we can set up a tax exempt account for you. Please fax to our Billing Department on (864) 859-0049.

Shipping Information
 Quick Copy Print Center assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

 Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We will add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper.

 We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process Shipping Changes once an order has been placed. We process a large number of orders each day, and with-in minutes of receiving your order our Shipping and Fulfillment Department is already scheduling your ship date and preparing your label!

 Shipping changes are time consuming and costly for us. In the event that you need to change any shipping information (shipping service, destination address, etc.) after you have placed your order you will be charged an additional $10.

Return / Refund Policy
 All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared for printing. In the case of a refund on an order that printing has not started, a $19 processing fee will be charged for Printing only jobs and a $25 fee will be charged for Mailing Services jobs where we have already processed your mailing list. If an order is cancelled after we have already pre-flighted your files and have shown you an on-line proof an additional $10 fee will be charged. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

 Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. Cornerstone Printing reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
 We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

 A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or business check. Checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

 Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of your print order if paid by check. To order by check, just print the order confirmation page and then mail the form with payment to: Quick Copy Print Center, 201 West Main Street, Easley, SC 29640.
